I was awaiting a specific signed copy of a new release to be available. Once the published date went by I called to be told there was none left as they were pre orders. I was gutted as to be christmas pressie for my daughter. Lydia went above and beyond in keeping an eye out for me once the initial delivery was processed and orders fulfilled to see if there were any left over. She located one, processed everything for me and got it sent out to me, even with free delivery. Wonderful customer service.
I spoke to Max who was extremely helpful. I explained that the copy of the subject book I had received was faulty. Max arranged for another copy to be sent to me - it is already on its way, by 1st class post, within 24 hours of my initial inquiry! It was also explained that I could keep the faulty copy until my new version arrived!
