The manager is Darren. He has 20 years experience in the field therefore he is trusted to make every important decision day-to-day. He is in store every day so any concerns can be spoken to him if needed.

Our main chef (the woman on the right) is Linda. She has worked for many fish and chip shops with prestigious reputations. She has been a chef in this industry for over 40 years. Inbetween Darren and Linda is James. James is our apprentice. He aspires to work in the best fish and chip shops in the world.
